Storytelling Competition

A storytelling competition was conducted for LKG and UKG students on 26 November 2025 in our school. The little ones confidently narrated beautiful stories with expressions and props. Their creativity and enthusiasm made the event lively and enjoyable. It was a wonderful platform for young children to build confidence and speaking skills.

World Environment Day

On the 5th of June, KLE School organised Environment Day celebrations. The main aim of the event was to increase awareness among students about the importance of the environment and the need to protect it. Students were asked to participate in various activities on Environment Day as the theme.The Principal of the school gave a speech on what role the environment plays and why it is important for people to take initiatives to save the environment. Then, as a special drive for Environment Day, the students planting different saplings in the school area.

Investiture Ceremony - 2023-24

Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.
The ‘Investiture Ceremony' for the academic year 2023-24 was held with great solemnity.. The occasion was attended by the proud parents of the elected Student Cabinet Members, where the latter were bestowed upon with the responsibility and they received their prestigious badges and sash from the chief guest A. Rumani PSI and Principal Ms.Roopali Kagi .The students administered the oath where in students pledged to serve the school and fulfill their responsibilities to the best of their abilities.

Appreciation day was observed for the academic year 2021 - 2022 where in department wise appreciation was conducted by the HOD's and overall appreciation was done by principal Sarojini Angolkar.

National Mathematics day

National Mathematics day was celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Srinivasa Ramunujan. An aarey of activities were arranged to understand the concept of tables, money, 3D shapes , division, algebric expression, data handling geometry..

Investiture ceremony

KLE School Belagavi celebrated the investiture ceremony for the academic year 2021- 22 to mark the responsibilities of the cabinet body .The chief guest Ms.Sarojini Angolkar , principal KLE SCHOOL,Lingaraj campus graced the ceremony by administering the oath and badging the school cabinet .

Children's Day celebration

Children's Day celebrations were sparked by lighting of lamp and portrait poojan by the principal. Teachers sung melodious songs and performed marvelous dance. The skit was based on online classes. The children really recalled the classes during the pandemic. Children were felicitated for their achievement .The function was mind blowing. Students and teachers enjoyed the children's day whole heartedly.

Diwali celebration

Diwali celebrations were sparked by lighting of lamp by the principal. Students sung melodious Diwali song and teacher explained the importance of Diwali , the festival signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil and hope over despair..Students and teachers enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.

Valmiki Jayanti Celebration

Once said by Mahatma KLE School celebrated Maharishi Valmiki jayanthi. It is the birth anniversary of the sage, Maharishi Valmiki , who wrote the epic Ramayana and also marks as a remembrance of the contributions made by Valmiki to arts and literature of historic importance. The celebration of Valmiki Jayanti is a tribute to a sage who conquered his limitations and encouraged the masses to fight against social injustice..

SPIC MACAY

SPIC MACAY Anubhav 3 was hosted by KLE School and the art form were hindustani classical vocal.The students participated enthusiastically in this five days workshop and learnt ragas , taal, bhajan, laya and basic alankars of music under the able guidance of guruji Mrs Manjiri Asanere Kelkar and her disciples Ms Amruta Moghal and Mrs Devshree Nawgahre.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

Once said by Mahatma Gandhi " The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others".
The KLE School Belagavi took pride to celebrate the 152nd birth anniversary of our beloved father of the nation Mahatma Gandhiji and our second prime minister Lal Bhadur Shastriji. The day began with lighting up the lamp by Our Principal Mam Ms Sarojini Angolkar followed by bhajans and speech on life of Gandhiji. Cleanliness drive, marked the occasion to emphasize the teachings and ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi.

Rashtriya Poshan Maah

KLE School Belagavi actively participated in the 'Rashtriya Poshan Maah ' held in the month of September 2021 -22. The day started with the virtual / offline assembly that was addressed by our principal, Ms Sarojini Angolkar to the students followed by an inaugural dance by the students of std 6th.
Nutrition is how food affects the health of the body. 'Healthy food , healthy life' was emphasized by our student Miss Ekisha of std 8th who delivered a speech on the need to nutritional food.
KG section students were more enthusiastic in preparing the healthy food chart where in the teachers were able to inform them about the difference between junk food and healthy food. They were very eagerly watching the pictures of delicious food.
Ms.Lata was able to conduct a short offline meet for teachers to illustrate the importance of "Rashtriya Poshan Maah -2021-22" and how they can implement the virtue of helping and sharing the food to the needy during this pandemic. On the eve of 'Rashtriya Poshan Maah' Virtual assembly were helpful for the students to know the importance of healthy food in their day to day life which was organized by the science teachers and instructions were carried forward to the students.
Our teachers and non teaching staff were eager to tell our students about the importance of how SNG plays an important role on the occasion of Rashtriya Poshan Maah.Our teachers and students develop their habit for cultivating their kitchen garden where in they were able to yield organic vegetables.
Vegetable carving and salad preparation added few more essence to Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2021 -22.

World Ozone Day

"What we give, we get"is the natural policy. During this pandemic and days to come we need to be more curious about the protection of ourselves and our planet Earth. We as the citizen must take this responsibility to bring awareness about depletion of ozone layer and so was done in our school by the students on the occasion of World Ozone Day 2021. Theme for this year - "MONTREAL PROTOCOL - KEEPING US AND VACCINES COOL".
Where in the principal inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp and inspiring the students with words of encouragement and enlightenment. Students performed the Bharatnatyam dance on Earth and it's creation followed by song, speech and skit that also added stars for this function. Virtual activities were conducted for the students of KG to VIII.

75th Independence Day

*Nation First, Always First*
The 75th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism and pride. On this patriotic eve the tricolour flag was hoisted followed by the national anthem.Students and parents participated virtually.students indulged themselves in various virtual activities .The students, parents, teaching and non teaching staff participated in Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsava and sang Rashtragaan.
Teachers presented speeches,sang patriotic songs and performed dance.
The Principal, Ms. Sarojini Angolkar , in her message wished all a memorable 75 th Independence Day.
