National Mathematics Day

KLE School, Lingaraj College Campus, Belagavi proudly celebrated National Mathematics Day with an inspiring and interactive mathematics exhibition. The program was organized to honor Dr. Srinivasa Ramanujan, the legendary mathematician whose brilliant work continues to guide generations of learners.

The exhibition featured a vibrant display of mathematical models, charts, games, puzzles, experiments, and real-life applications of mathematical concepts. Students enthusiastically presented topics such as fractions, integers, geometry, data handling, algebra, coordinate geometry, trigonometry basics, and everyday math used in shopping, banking, and measurements.

Parents and visitors interacted with students and enjoyed the hands-on activities prepared by them. The exhibition created a joyful learning environment, helping students build confidence as they explained their ideas and demonstrated their understanding of mathematical concepts.

The celebration successfully highlighted the importance of mathematics in daily life and encouraged students to develop curiosity, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. The Mathematics Day Exhibition truly reflected the school's commitment to nurturing young minds and promoting experiential learning.

Annual Sports Day Report

The Annual Sports Day of KLE School, Lingaraj College Campus, Belagavi was celebrated with unbridled enthusiasm on 18th December 2025. The event was graced by distinguished guests — Mr. Jagdish Gasti, Associate Director, Rani Chennamma University; Ms. Dipti Ingle, Principal, KLE International School; Ms. Hema Shedshyal, Principal, Banyan School, Bhagya Nagar; Ms. Kavita Chavan, Principal, Banyan School, Lingaraj Campus; and Mr. Rama Rao, Sports Director, Lingaraj College.

The programme commenced with the torch-bearing ceremony, followed by an awe-inspiring march past and energetic sports display by students of Classes 3, 4, 5, and 6. The Sports Oath was administered by the Principal Ma’am. The guests judged the March Past event, in which Blue House emerged as the winners. Uplifting words by Mr. Jagdish Gasti inspired the students to pursue excellence with discipline and determination. Thrilling final track events were conducted, including 100m and 200m races for Classes 6, 9, and 10, along with a relay race for Classes 8, 9, and 10.

The day concluded with the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where Blue House was also declared the General Championship Winner for their outstanding overall performance.

The Sports Day was a resounding success, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students. 🏆

HINDI DIWAS 2025

सभी सम्मानित साथियों और प्रिय मित्रों को हिंदी दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ। आज का दिन हमारे लिए गर्व का दिन है क्योंकि यह हमें हमारी जड़ों, हमारी मातृभाषा और हमारी पहचान की याद दिलाता है। हिंदी केवल बोलने-लिखने का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति की आत्मा है। यह वह भाषा है जिसमें हमारी कहानियाँ, हमारी लोक परंपराएँ और हमारी भावनाएँ साँस लेती हैं।

14 सितंबर 1949 को संविधान सभा ने हिंदी को भारत की राजभाषा का दर्जा प्रदान किया और तब से हर वर्ष यह दिन हमें हिंदी की समृद्धि, गरिमा और महत्व का स्मरण कराता है। हिंदी केवल उत्तर भारत तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि पूरे देश और विदेशों में रहने वाले भारतीयों के बीच भी भावनात्मक जुड़ाव का पुल है। हिंदी दिवस हमें यह प्रेरणा देता है कि हम न केवल हिंदी बोलें, बल्कि इसे वैज्ञानिक, तकनीकी, क्षेत्रों में भी आगे बढ़ाएँ। हिंदी का प्रचार-प्रसार हर भारतीय का कर्तव्य है। हमने अपने विद्यालय में हिंदी दिवस के ऊपर एक प्रदर्शनी मेला लगाया, जिसमें सभी बच्चों ने बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया। बच्चों ने व्याकरण में स्वर, व्यंजन, वर्णमाला, से संज्ञा, क्रिया, विशेषण, समास, पदबंध के ऊपर पोस्टर और मॉडल बनाए। यह कार्यक्रम बच्चों को हिंदी भाषा बोलने और समझने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए था।

आइए इस हिंदी दिवस पर हम सभी मिलकर यह संकल्प लें कि - * हिंदी को सम्मान देंगे * हिंदी को रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी में अपनाएँगे * सोशल मीडिया, शिक्षा और कामकाज में हिंदी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देंगे * और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को हिंदी की समृद्धि और सौंदर्य का अनुभव कराएँगे। हिंदी केवल भाषा नहीं, बल्कि भावनाओं का संगम है। इसे जितना अपनाएँगे, यह उतनी ही समृद्ध और शक्तिशाली बनती जाएगी।

Investiture Ceremony – Primary Section (2025-2026)

The Investiture Ceremony for the Primary Section of KLE School, Lingaraj College Campus, Belagavi, was conducted on 5th July 2025 with great enthusiasm and a spirit of leadership at our school. Chief Guest for the day was Mr. Tippana B, PSI from the SP Office.

A disciplined march past was followed by the ceremonial presentation of badges and sashes to the leaders, marking their official roles and responsibilities.

The oath-taking ceremony, led by our respected Principal, instilled a sense of duty and commitment among the young office bearers.

Investiture Ceremony – A Celebration of Leadership of Secondary Section (2025-2026)

The Investiture Ceremony is one of the most prestigious events in a school's calendar. It marks the beginning of a new academic year and celebrates the installation of the student leaders who will take on key responsibilities to represent the student body and uphold the values of the school.

On 05 July 2025, KLE School. Lingaraj Campus Belagavi held its Investiture Ceremony with great pride and enthusiasm.

The Chief Guest for the event was Mr Anand Reddy (Reserve Police Department).

The highlight of the ceremony was the official pinning of badges and the handing over of flags to the Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captains, House Captains, Cultural and Discipline Prefects, and other council members.

The Investiture Ceremony was not just a formal event, but a true celebration of the school’s commitment to fostering leadership, discipline, and responsibility among its students.

Annual Day Celebration

December 20th, 2024, was a memorable day for KLE School, as we celebrated our Annual Day, themed "Legends of Music". The day was divided into two segments, with the primary section showcasing their talents in the morning, and the secondary section taking the stage in the evening.

In the morning, our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Chandan N Sir, inspired the young minds with his thought-provoking address, emphasizing the significance of music in our lives. The primary section students delighted the audience with their energetic performances, displaying their vocal and dance skills.

In the evening, we were honoured to have Miss Marielyn Correa ma'am as our Chief Guest, who enthralled the audience with her presence and inspiring words. The secondary section students presented breathtaking performances, showcasing their talents in music and dance. From classical to contemporary, our students beautifully showcased the essence of musical legends across generations and cultures.

The event was a testament to the school's dedication to nurturing creativity, talent, and a deep appreciation for the arts. We extend our special thanks to our Principal, Ms. Roopali Kagi ma'am, for her tireless efforts in making this event a grand success.

Our school bid a fond farewell to its Grade 10 students in a heartfelt and joyous celebration that marked the end of their remarkable school journey. The event commenced with a warm welcome, as teachers greeted the graduating students with exquisite brooches and a spirit of camaraderie that has defined their time together.

The ceremony was graced by poignant speeches from juniors, who expressed their deepest admiration and best wishes for the seniors. In her address, the Principal Mrs.Roopali Kagi ma'am applauded the achievements of the outgoing batch and offered invaluable guidance for their journey ahead. The prestigious titles of "Best Boy" and "Best Girl" were conferred upon exceptional individuals: Andhe Sriharsha was recognized as the "Best Boy" for his outstanding qualities and contributions, while Vaibhavi Kataraki was honoured as the "Best Girl" for her remarkable achievements and dedication.

In a deeply moving moment, the seniors took a solemn oath with candles, symbolizing their commitment to uphold the values and principles they learned during their time at school. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all present.

Children's Day Celebration

KLE School, Belagavi, celebrated Children's Day with great enthusiasm and fervor. The event was a tribute to the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister.

The celebrations began with a spectacular show put up by the teachers, who performed an energetic dance, a thought-provoking skit, and melodious songs. The kids were thoroughly entertained and enjoyed every moment of the performances.

The program concluded with a motivational speech by our Principal, Mrs. Roopali Kagi ma'am. She emphasized the importance of childhood and the need to nurture young minds. Her inspiring words left a lasting impact on the students.

Constitution Day Celebrations: Upholding the Pillars of Democracy

November 26, 2024, marked a significant day at our school as we observed Constitution Day with great fervor. The celebration was a testament to our commitment to upholding the fundamental principles of our nation.

The event commenced with a poignant introduction by our students, who eloquently highlighted the Constitution's significance in shaping India's democratic framework. This was followed by a thought-provoking video that delved into the Constitution's history, the vision of its framers, and the importance of safeguarding our rights and freedoms.

To further enrich the students' understanding, a fact-check segment was conducted, where students corrected common misconceptions and shared intriguing facts about the Constitution. An engaging quiz competition also took place, allowing students to test their knowledge in an interactive and exciting way.

Principal Mrs. Roopali Kagi ma'am addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of understanding and upholding the Constitution's values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. The celebration served as a poignant reminder of the Constitution's vital role in maintaining the democratic fabric of our country.

KLE Cup 2024: Unleashing Young Talent

The KLE Society's State Level Sports Tournament 2024, hosted by KLE Lingaraj School, Belagavi and KLS' International School, Belagavi, is a grand celebration of sportsmanship and excellence. This mega event brings together 840 participants from 20 schools, promoting a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie.

The two-day tournament, held on November 22nd and 23rd, features six exciting events: Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Kabbadi, Kho kho, and Athletics. To ensure seamless execution, the events are being conducted across four hubs: Belgaum, Nippani, Bengaluru, and Hubballi.

The tournament was inaugurated by Dr. Preeti Doddwad at KLES' International School, Belagavi, with an inspiring address. Principals Mrs.Roopali Kagi ma'am and Mrs. Dipti Ingley ma'am praised the efforts of the organizers and participants, wishing them a rewarding experience.

The program began with a warm welcome address by expressing gratitude to teachers.

- The Principal of the school Mrs Roopali Kagi ma'am presided over the function. She put a garland on the photograph of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to pay him homage. Principal ma'am then congratulated the teachers and acknowledged the sincere efforts they put in every day. She gave a valuable speech on Dr. Radhakrishnan and explained the importance of Teachers’ Day.

78^th Independence Day

KLE School celebrated India's 78^th Independence Day with immense enthusiasm and a deep sense of patriotism. The event honored the nation’s freedom fighters and celebrated its sovereignty. The program commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by Chief Guest Captain Girish. The students sang the national anthem and patriotic songs with pride and reverence. Energetic and lively dance performances by the students showcased their talent and love for the nation, while others delivered inspiring speeches on the significance of Independence Day. A vibrant cultural program featured skits and plays that captivated the audience. The Chief Guest emphasized the importance of unity, integrity, and responsibility towards the nation, while Principal Ms. Roopali Kagi also highlighted the significance of the day and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The Independence Day celebration was a grand success, filled with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made for our freedom.

Today on the occassion of 77th birthday of our honorable Chairman Dr Prabhakar Kore Sir, few students and staff of KLE school CBSE,lingaraj campus visited Aradhana school for slow learners.We distributed sweets and snacks to the children and staff of Aradhana school.

It was an emotional as well as a moment of pride to see children with disability doing their best to find a foothold independently in society . Kudos to the staff of Aradhana school because without their hardwork and support, it would not be possible for these children to stand on their feet and make the best of their abilities in life.

It was an empathetic experience for students of our school who realized the importance of God's blessings,to be healthy.

This noble gesture was possible only because of our esteemed Chairman Sir's generous and noble vision for inclusive society and societal reforms.

On the occasion of the World English Language Day, on April 23,2024.

KLE School, celebrated this eventful day to entertain and inform students about the history, culture and achievements associated with English Language. The ‘Bard of Avon’, William Shakespeare’s birthday and death day falls on April 23. He is regarded as one of the greatest writers, poet and dramatist, who left an indelible impact on English language with his insurmountable contribution to the field of literature, playing the key role in popularizing the language.

Students from classes 6 to 8 participated in the various scenes forming the story of 'Hamlet' and the 'Merchant of Venice' by William Shakespeare.

This event was planned to bid goodbye to the senior-most students of the school as they step out into this big world away from the sheltered life of school.They came dressed in beautiful sarees and sophisticated suits to enjoy and gather beautiful memories with their batchmates to cherish for a lifetime .

The students of grade IX performed flawless dance and sung melodious songs.. This splendid event concluded with the teachers bidding the students and wishing them the best of luck for all their future endeavours.

KLE School organised Annual Sports Day

The event took place in the spacious playground of the school. Dr Harpreet Kaur , Exercise Physiologist and Sports Nutritionist was the chief guest of the event..Students of various classes participated in the sports day.. The four houses of the school cheered for their respective members. The Sports Day started with the march past of the four different houses. After the march past, the students of the four different houses competed against each other in sports events like relay races, 100 metres race, 200 metres race, long jump, and shot put..The Principal gave away certificate and medals to the winners. In the end, the Principal thanked everyone for their presence and support, and congratulated the students for their exceptional performances.

Christmas Celebration

Christmas is the festival which inspires the spirit of sharing and caring.

Christmas Day was celebrated on 22nd December
The students of Grade 1 and 2 were dressed in red and white.

The programme started with an information about Christmas and why is it celebrated. A beautiful skit followed depicting the scenes of the nativity of Jesus Christ interspersed with melodious carols sung by the choir.

Right from the conception of Mary to the birth of Jesus a harmonius story was displayed by the students.The dazzling entry of Santa Claus added to the joy and excitement of the students. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all the children.

It was a joyous and amusing programme for everyone.

National Mathematical Day

KLE School celebrated National Mathematics Day. It is celebrated every year on 22 Dec to mark the birth anniversary of Shri Srinivasa Ramanujan the great mathematical genius who made exemplary contribution to Mathematics.

The Mathematics day was celebrated with an objective of creating awareness and importance of mathematics.

Constitution Day

The Constitution Day was celebrated in our school to create awareness on the Indian Constitution. The programme commenced with a Prayer, followed by the significance of the day, skit and quiz highlighting our Constitution. The Oath was administered by Principal, Mrs Roopali Kagi. As a mark of respect, a fitting tribute was paid to Dr B R Ambedkar, who played a pivotal role in drafting the Constitution. The auspicious day concluded with the singing of National Anthem.
